嵌入性视角下新型农村集体经济发展的实践机制——基于浙江省G村的案例分析

Practical Mechanisms of New Rural Collective Economy Development from the Perspective of Embeddedness—A Case Study Based on Village G in Zhejiang Province

发展新型农村集体经济是深化农村改革、推进乡村振兴的重要途径之一。本文以浙江省象县G村集体经济发展经验作为案例,引入嵌入性理论的分析视角,对该村发展集体经济的实践机制和基础进行分析。研究发现,G村集体经济受到三重结构性力量的嵌入作用,即通过市场嵌入的形式,建立了公司制的市场经营模式;通过关系嵌入的形式,激发了社会资本的力量;通过组织嵌入的形式,确立了村集体统筹的组织地位。嵌入性发展的成功经验得益于农村经营模式改革、熟人社会中互助精神以及基层治理权威效应。因此,发展新型农村集体经济,需要协调集体经济“市场—社区”双重属性中的内在张力并构建起多重联结机制。

Developing a new type of rural collective economy is an important way to deepen rural reform and promote rural revitalization.Taking the experience of collective economy development in Village G of Xiang County,Zhejiang Province as a case study,the analytical perspective of embeddedness theory is introduced to analyze the practical mechanism and foundation of collective economy development in this village.The study found that the collective economy of village G was subject to the embedding effect of triple structural forces,i.e.,a corporate market operation model was established in the form of market embedding;the power of social capital was stimulated in the form of relationship embedding;and the organizational status of village collective coordination was established in the form of organizational embedding.The successful experience of embedded development is attributed to the reform of the rural business model,the spirit of mutual assistance in the acquaintance society,and the authority effect of grassroots governance.Therefore,developing a new type of rural collective economy requires the harmonization of the tensions inherent in the“market-community”dual attributes of the collective economy and the construction of multiple linkage mechanisms.
