摘要
目的探讨离心机训练对正加速度(positive acceleration,+Gz)暴露下大鼠胃溃疡愈合情况及胃黏膜表皮生长因子受体mRNA(EGFR-mRNA)表达的影响。方法将雄性SD大鼠40只随机分成4组,分别为模型对照组(采用乙酸烧灼法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型)、模型+5 Gz组、模型+10 Gz组、离心机训练(12 d后)+模型+10 Gz组,每组10只,观察各组大鼠胃溃疡组织病理特征,测量溃疡面积大小,测定胃黏膜EGFR-mRNA含量。结果病理结果显示各组大鼠溃疡周围组织均有不同程度的炎症反应,模型+5 Gz组炎症较模型对照组严重而较模型+10 Gz组轻,离心机训练+模型+10 Gz组炎症较模型+10 Gz组减轻。+Gz暴露后,与模型对照组相比,模型+5 Gz组、模型+10 Gz组大鼠溃疡面积增大,且模型+10 Gz组面积增大明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型+10 Gz组相比,经离心机训练+模型+10 Gz组大鼠溃疡面积减小(P<0.05)。模型+5 Gz组胃黏膜EGFR-mRNA的含量较模型对照组降低,模型+10 Gz组较模型+5 Gz组降低(P<0.05);而经离心机训练后离心机训练+模型+10 Gz组胃黏膜EGFR-mRNA的含量明显高于模型+10 Gz组(P<0.05)。结论离心机训练可在一定程度上预防高+Gz暴露对溃疡愈合的延迟作用,其机制考虑与离心机训练后机体抗+Gz耐力增加有关,并可通过上调EGFR-mRNA表达对胃黏膜发挥保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of centrifuge training on gastric ulcer healing and epidermal growth factor receptor mRNA(EGFR-mRNA)expression in rats exposed to positive acceleration(+Gz).Methods Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 rats in each group.They were model control group(the rat gastric ulcer model was established by acetic acid cauterization),model+5 Gz exposure group,model+10 Gz exposure group,centrifuge training(after 12 days)+10 Gz exposure group.The ulcer area was measured and the EGFR-mRNA content of gastric mucosa was determined.Results The pathological results showed that there were different degrees of inflammation in the surrounding tissue of all groups.The inflammation of model+5 Gz exposure group was more serious than that of model control group but less severe than that of model+10 Gz exposure group,and the inflammation of centrifuge training(after 12 days)+10 Gz exposure group was less severe than that of model+10 Gz exposure group.After+Gz exposure,the ulcer area of rats in model+5 Gz exposure group and C increased compared with model control group,and the area of model+10 Gz exposure group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with model+10 Gz exposure group,the ulceration area of rats in centrifuge training(after 12 days)+10 Gz exposure group was decreased after centrifuge training(P<0.05).The content of EGFR-mRNA in gastric mucosa of model+5 Gz exposure group was lower than that of model control group,and that of model+10 Gz exposure group was lower than that of group B(P<0.05).The content of EGFR-mRNA in gastric mucosa of centrifuge training(after 12 days)+10 Gz exposure group was significantly higher than that of model+10 Gz exposure group after centrifuge training(P<0.05).Conclusion Centrifuge training can prevent the delayed effect of high+Gz exposure on ulcer healing to a certain extent,the mechanism may be related to the increase of anti-+Gz endurance after centrifuge training,and can play a protective role in gastric mucosa through up-regulation of EGFR-mRNA expression.
