超声内镜引导细针穿刺对胰腺占位病变诊断的影响因素

Influencing factors of endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle puncture on the diagnosis of pancreatic mass lesions

超声内镜及其引导的细针穿刺技术已广泛用于胰腺疾病的诊断,但仍存在一定的误诊和漏诊。研究表明,穿刺针及活检钳、穿刺方法、超声内镜辅助技术、标本的实时评估及病理学标准等因素均可影响超声内镜穿刺对胰腺占位病变的诊断效能。本文就上述影响超声内镜引导细针穿刺对胰腺病变诊断的因素作一综述。

Endoscopic ultrasound and its guided fine needle puncture have been widely used in the diagnosis of pancreatic disease,but there are still misdiagnoses and misses.Current studies have shown that factors such as needles and biopsy forceps,puncture methods,ultrasound endoscopic assistive techniques,real-time evaluation of specimens and pathological criteria can affect the diagnostic efficacy of ultrasound endoscopy on pancreatic mass lesions.This study reviewed the above factors that affect the diagnosis of pancreatic lesions by endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle puncture.
