欠发达地区宜居宜业和美乡村建设研究--以江西为例

Research on the Construction of a Beautiful Countryside Suitable for Life and Work in Underdeveloped Areas--Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example

建设宜居宜业和美乡村,是乡村振兴的应有之义,也是推进中国式现代化的重要举措。江西作为欠发达的农业省份,历来高度重视“三农”工作,宜居宜业和美乡村建设取得了一定的成效,但同时也存在农村产业发展特色不够鲜明、乡村建设资金投入不足、农村生态环境没有根本好转、农民主体作用发挥不够、乡村建设专业人才短缺、农村文明新风培育后劲不足等问题。针对这些问题,建议通过因地制宜发展特色产业、多渠道筹集资金、加强农村生态环境保护与治理、充分发挥农民主体作用、加强乡村人才队伍建设、提升农村精神文明建设水平等举措来推动宜居宜业和美乡村建设。

Building a beautiful countryside suitable for life and work is the proper meaning of rural revitalization and an important measure to promote Chinese path to modernization.As an underdeveloped agricultural province,Jiangxi has always attached great importance to the work of“agriculture,rural areas,and farmers”,and has achieved certain results in the construction of beautiful countrysides suitable for life and work.However,there are also problems such as insufficient distinctive characteristics of rural industrial development,insufficient investment in rural construction funds,no fundamental improvement in rural ecological environment,limited engagement of farmers as key stake-holders,shortage of professional talents in rural construction,and insufficient momentum for cultivating new rural civilization.In response to these issues,it is recommended to promote the construction of beautiful countrysides suit-able for life and work through measures such as developing characteristic industries according to local conditions,raising funds through multiple channels,strengthening rural ecological environment protection and governance,fully leveraging the role of farmers as the main body,strengthening the construction of rural talent teams,and improving the level of rural spiritual civilization construction.
