摘要
模内电子(IME)技术作为国际前沿的模内注塑一体成型技术,将模内装饰(IMD)技术和印刷电子技术相结合,集成了外观装饰和内在电气功能,提升了设计自由度,同时实现了轻量化和空间节省,并具备后期可拓展功能和批量生产后低成本的优势。本文论述了IME的关联基础技术IMD和印刷电子技术,介绍了IME的工艺步骤,对IME开发的关键因素进行分析研究,同时介绍了IME技术项目实施取得的成果及其应用前景,最后指出了IME技术产业化应用仍需克服的挑战。IME技术对改变汽车和消费电子等行业格局,推动我国电子行业的变革和创新有着重要的价值。
In-mold electronics(IME)technology,as international cutting-edge in-mold injection molding integrated molding technology,in-mold decoration(IMD)technology and printed electronics technology were combined,appearance decoration and internal electrical functions were integrated,the freedom of design was improved,lightweight and space saving were realized,and had the advantages of functions expansion in late and low cost after mass production.This paper discussed the related basic technology IMD and printed electronics technology of IME,introduced the process steps of IME,analyzed the key factors of IME development,also introduced the achievements and application prospects of IME technology projects,and finally pointed out the challenges that needed to be overcome in the industrial application of IME technology.IME technology was of great value to change the pattern of automobile and consumer electronics industries,and promoted the transformation and innovation of China's electronics industry.
