“四网融合”资源共享型车辆基地行车指挥系统方案研究

摘要 面对“四网融合”复杂轨道交通路网结构和不同车辆类型,规划建设生产力资源共享型“四网融合”车辆基地十分必要,且亟待研究总体解决方案。以车辆基地行车指挥总体技术方案作为研究对象,对国家铁路和城轨交通车辆基地相应的行车指挥系统应用现状进行具体说明,分别从一体化调度、信息接口和信息安全性等方面进行需求分析;针对“四网融合”资源共享型车辆基地的特殊作业需求和复杂场景,结合新的技术发展要求,从车辆基地行车指挥系统的独立设置、集中部署、系统功能和接口方案标准化4个方面给出应用解决方案;分析得出“四网融合”车辆基地行车指挥系统需独立建设,可为后续形成智能网络、搭建车辆基地生产智能化调度管控体系奠定基础。 Faced with the complex structure of the“Four Networks Integration”rail transit network and different vehicle types,it is very necessary and urgent to study the overall solution for planning and constructing a productivity resource sharing“Four Networks Integration”vehicle base.It takes the overall technical plan of traffic command in the vehicle base as the research object,the current application status of the national railway and urban rail transit vehicle bases and corresponding train command systems is specifically explained.The requirements analysis will be conducted from the aspects of integrated scheduling,information interface,and information security.In response to the special operational needs and complex scenarios of the“Four Networks Integration”resource sharing vehicle base,combined with new technological development requirements,the application solutions are provided from four aspects:independent setting,centralized deployment,system functionality,and standardization of interface solutions for the vehicle base traffic command system.It is analyzed that the“Four Networks Integration”vehicle base train command system should be independently constructed,which can lay the foundation for the subsequent formation of an intelligent network and the establishment of an intelligent scheduling and control system for vehicle base production.
