摘要
竖冷炉是烧结矿显热竖式回收工艺的核心冷却装置,其炉型结构合理与否对高温烧结矿与冷却风的高效换热具有重要影响。文章在简述该工艺的基础上,从布料方式、炉身尺寸、排料装置和布风制度等方面介绍了竖冷炉炉型结构在工业试验过程中所采取的优化措施;然后从推进烧结矿呈“整体流”流动、烧结矿粒度分级冷却以及强化烧结矿料层中心区供风的角度汇总了一些优化竖冷炉炉型结构的新思路;最后指出竖冷炉炉型结构的优化,要兼顾烧结矿和冷却风的换热和流动,既要保证炉内高温烧结矿和冷却风在炉内分布的均匀性,又要保证烧结矿在炉内下移的顺畅性。
The vertical cooling furnace is the core cooling device of the sensible heat vertical recovery process of sinter,and whether the furnace structure is reasonable or not has an important impact on the efficient heat exchange between high-temperature sinter and cooling air.On the basis of a brief description of the process,the optimization measures taken in the industrial test process of vertical cooling furnace structure are introduced from such aspects as distribution method,furnace size,discharge device and air distribution system.Then,some new ideas for optimizing the structure of the vertical cooling furnace are summarized from such perspectives as promoting the"bulk flow"flow of sinter,graded cooling of sinter particle size,and strengthening the air supply in the central area of the sinter layer.It is necessary to ensure the uniformity of the distribution of high-temperature sinter and cooling air in the furnace,and to ensure the smooth downward movement of sinter in the furnace.
