烧结机头灰处置技术对比与研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 烧结机头灰的产量大,且含有丰富的钾资源,但成分复杂,碱金属氯盐含量高,是典型的钢铁行业高盐固废。目前国内钢铁厂主要采用直接返烧结的方式处理烧结机头灰,但该方法会导致设备腐蚀、成品矿品位降低等问题。文章以对烧结机头灰处置技术的工业应用和研究方向提出建议为目的,总结现阶段的火法和湿法处置技术,对比不同类型的技术优缺点,分析各技术的研究进展与方向。通过对比火法和湿法处置技术发现:火法处置技术的工艺流程短,操作简单,成本较低;湿法可在实现固废无害化的同时通过废水预处理和资源化手段回收盐产品,更适合现行环保要求和固废物相特征。此外,在总结烧结机头灰的特征与现阶段处置技术的特点后,展望了未来烧结机头灰处置技术的研究方向。 The sintering machine head ash has large output,abundant potassium resources,complex composition,and high alkali metal chloride salt content,which is a typical high-salt solid waste in the iron and steel industry.At present,domestic steel and iron works mainly use direct return sintering to treat sintering machine head ash,but this method will lead to equipment corrosion and reduced finished ore grade.Aiming at making suggestions on the industrial application and research direction of sintering ash disposal technology,the current fire and wet disposal technologies are summarized,the advantages and disadvantages of different types of technologies are compared,and the research progress and direction of each technology is analyzed.By comparing the fire and wet disposal technology,it is found that the fire disposal technology has a short process flow,simple operation and low cost;The wet disposal technology can recover salt products through wastewater pretreatment and resource utilization while realizing the harmlessness of solid waste,which is more suitable for the current environmental protection requirements and the characteristics of solid waste phase.After summarizing the characteristics of sintering machine head ash and the current disposal technology,the research direction of sintering machine head ash disposal technology in the future is prospected.
