热风烧结与富氧匹配生产研究及应用

摘要 针对热风烧结工艺中,热风氧体积分数低导致烧结生产利用系数低、质量指标较差及固体燃料消耗成本升高等问题,文章采用烧结杯试验方法对热风烧结与富氧匹配生产条件下的热风氧体积分数、富氧时间、燃料配比及烟气氧体积分数等进行了优化研究,系统分析了富氧热风烧结对烧结过程的影响,同时对参数优化前后的试验效果进行了测试对比;并以试验结论为基础,在太钢450 m^(2)烧结机上进行了富氧热风烧结工业化实践。结果表明,富氧热风烧结对烧结矿转鼓强度、FeO质量分数等物理化学指标改善明显,返矿率降低,利用系数提高,固体燃料消耗及电能消耗呈下降趋势,达到了优质、高产、低耗的目标。 Aiming at the low oxygen volume fraction in hot air sintering process,resulting in low utilization coefficient of sintering production,poor quality index and increased solid fuel cost,etc.,the hot gas oxygen volume fraction,oxygen-rich time,fuel ratio and flue gas oxygen volume fraction under the production conditions of hot air sintering and oxygen-rich matching production are optimized by a sintering cup test method,the influence of oxygen-rich hot air sintering on the sintering process is systematically analyzed,and the test effect before and after parameter optimization is tested.On the basis of the test conclusion,the industrial practice of oxygen-rich hot air sintering of TISCO 450 m^(2)sintering machine is carried out.The results show that oxygen-rich hot air sintering improves such physical and chemical indexes as sinter tumbler strength and FeO mass fraction,reduces the sinter return ratio,and increases the utilization coefficient,followed by a downward trend in solid fuel consumption and electricity consumption,achieving the goals of high quality,high yield and low consumption.
