关于中西医结合多模态诊断模式的思考

Construction of Multimodal Diagnosis Mode of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

中西医结合医学的发展有赖于诊断水平的提高。当前中西医结合诊断存在西医疾病结合中医证候、西医疾病结合中医病证、中医疾病结合中医证候的多种模式,而具体疾病、证候的诊断有赖于多维度、多模态数据的处理与融合。鉴于此,本研究结合传统中医病证诊断、现代计算机科学、现代生物学技术,对多模态中西医结合医学诊断模式进行探讨。以冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病诊断为例,探索中西医结合多模态诊断模式实现思路,以期有利于中西医结合医学诊断、治疗的发展。

The development of the discipline of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine depends on the improvement of the diagnostic level.Presently,there are various modes of diagnosis,Western medicine diseases combined with Chinese medicine syndromes,Western medicine diseases combined with Chinese medicine syndromes and disease,and Chinese medicine diseases combined with syndromes.The diagnosis of specific diseases and syndromes depends on the processing and fusion of multi-dimensional and multi-modal data.In view of this,this study combined with Chinese medicine syndromes and disease diagnosis,modern computer science,modern biological technology,to explore the multi-modal medical diagnosis model of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Taking diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease as an example,a multi-modal diagnosis model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine was proposed,and a specific implementation method was explored to improve the development of integrated Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment.
