银屑病患者药物素养的研究进展

Research progress on drug literacy in psoriasis patients

药物素养包括患者对药物的认识、理解、信念、态度、行为等,能准确、全面地反映患者的用药能力。药物治疗是银屑病的主要治疗方式,药物素养不足不仅会降低银屑病患者用药依从性,还可能导致用药不良事件的发生。目前银屑病患者普遍药物素养低下,如自我管理能力不足,对药物基础知识认识不足、对用药信念和态度较差。应注重多学科合作,借助云管理工具,积极研制针对银屑病患者药物素养的评估工具,以提高银屑病患者的药物素养,提高银屑病的药物治疗效果和安全性。本文对银屑病患者药物素养的概念、现状、评估方法、影响因素及干预措施等方面的研究进展进行综述,旨在为提高银屑病患者的药物素养、促进用药安全提供参考。

Drug literacy includes patients'knowledge,understanding,beliefs,attitudes,behaviors,etc.,which can accurately and comprehensively reflect the patient's medication ability.Drug therapy is the main treatment for patients with psoriasis,Insufficient drug literacy will not only reduce patients'medication compliance,but also lead to the occurrence of adverse drug events.At present,patients with psoriasis generally have low drug literacy,such as insufficient self-management ability,insufficient understanding of basic knowledge of drugs,and poor beliefs and attitudes towards medication.It is necessary to pay attention to multidisciplinary cooperation and actively develop evaluation tools for drug literacy of psoriasis patients with the help of cloud management tools,so as to improve the drug literacy of psoriasis patients and improve the therapeutic effect and safety of psoriasis.This article reviews the concept,current situation,appraisal procedure,influencing factors and intervention measures of drug literacy in patients with psoriasis,in order to provide reference for improving drug literacy and promoting drug safety in patients with psoriasis.
