次生演替理念下的福安莲池历史街区更新

The Updating of Lianchi Historical Block in Fu'an Under the Secondary Succession Concept

该文以生态学次生演替理论作为基础,以福安莲池历史街区为实例,依据福安城市发展历史及文献资料,对福安莲池历史街区内的学宫遗址和莲池遗址进行研究,并以街区内日常生活和沿街业态为切入点,针对街区内更新改造现状中存在的问题,总结其更新的重点和难点,以期为福安莲池历史街区更新提供理论依据和实践指引,解决长期以来所面临的困境,从而探索出能使其长期稳定平衡的更新之路。

Based on the secondary succession theory of ecology,taking Lianchi Historic District in Fu'an as an example,we study the Xuegong site and the Lotus pond site in Lianchi Historic District based on the history of urban development and documentary materials of Fu'an,and taking the daily life and business forms along the street as the starting point,we summarize the key points and difficulties of its renewal in view of the problems existing in the current situation of renewal and renovation in the block,so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the renewal of Lianchi Historic District and to solve the long-term dilemma.In this way,we will explore a renewal path that can make it stable and balanced for a long time.
