螺栓连接Ⅰ型装配式剪力墙抗侧承载力试验研究及有限元分析 被引量:1

Experimental Study and FEM Analysis on Lateral Bearing Capacity of Bolt ConnectedⅠ-shape Prefabricated Shear Wall

摘要 提出了一种螺栓连接Ⅰ型装配式剪力墙(BIPW),由标准化预制墙板通过螺栓连接而成。对3组分别由900 mm宽的1块、2块和3块标准化墙板组合而成的BIPW进行了单调水平加载试验和有限元分析。结果表明:3组试件屈服前的位移角小于《建筑抗震设计规范》(GB50011—2010)中1/120的限值,表明BIPW抗侧刚度较好;3组试件的极限水平荷载试验结果分别为47.2 kN、100.5 kN和241.4 kN,说明试件的抗侧承载力较大,可以用于低层建筑。试件BIPW-2、BIPW-3的极限荷载分别是试件BIPW-1的2.1和5.1倍,说明墙板之间的组合承载力高。试件BIPW-1、BIPW-2、BIPW-3极限荷载的试验数据与有限元分析结果的比值分别为1.073、0.903和0.976,差别均在10%以内,证明所提有限元建模方法正确、合理。 A bolt-connectedⅠ-shape prefabricated shear wall(BIPW)was proposed,which was composed of standardized prefabricated wall panels connected by bolts.Three sets of BIPW made up of 1,2 and 3 standardized wallboards with 900 mm width were tested and studied by monotonic horizontal loading,finite element analysis and comparison.The results show that,the displacement angle of the three groups of specimens before yielding is less than the limit value of 1/120 in the code for seismic design of buildings(GB50011—2010),which indicates that the lateral stiffness of BIPW is better.The ultimate horizontal load test results of the three groups of specimens are 47.2 kN,100.5 kN and 241.4 kN respectively,indicating that the lateral bearing capacity of the specimens is large and can be used in low-rise buildings.The ultimate load of BIPW-2 and BIPW-3 is 2.1 and 5.1 times of that of BIPW-1,respectively,which indicates that the combined bearing capacity of wall panels is high.The ratios of the test data to the finite element analysis results of BIPW-1,BIPW-2 and BIPW-3 are 1.073,0.903 and 0.976 respectively,and the differences are all within 10%,proving correctness and rationality of the finite element modeling method proposed.
