摘要
针对石油储罐呼吸阀在线校验问题,比较了离线和在线校验两种方法的优劣。研究了基于压差法和力值法的在线校验方案;设计了基于力值法的在线校验装置,实现大口径呼吸阀在线运行状态下,利用外力顶升阀盘开启。通过阀盘当量密封面积、顶升力以及系统压力,计算呼吸阀呼出压力和吸入压力。
The paper is aimed at the online testing of breather valve for oil tank.The online testing has more advantage than the offline testing.The testing programme based on the differential pressure method and force method are proposed.The bench based on the force method is designed and used to online test large scale breateher valve.when the breather valve activate as the liftup is increasing by the external force,the set pressure can be figured according the formula which consist of equivalent area,exteral force and tank pressure.
