Application of POKA-YOKA in Cylinder Assembly

气缸在手动装配过程中,通常会出现一些常见失误,如操作顺序,选用工艺参数等方面。POKA-YOKE作为在过程失误发生之前即加以阻止的方法,可以为防错提供很好的指导方向。为了满足气缸的装配要求、工厂内部收益的需求,简要介绍了使用POKA-YOKE工具,杜绝气缸装配过程出现装配失误的问题。经过验证,较好地实现了装配过程,取得了预期效果。

During manual assembly of cylinders,a number of common mistakes usually occur,operation sequence error,using incorrect process parameters and so on.POKA-YOKE can provide good guidance as a way to stop process errors before they occur.In order to meet the requirements of assembly requirement,internal plant gains requirement.This paper briefly introduces eliminate the problem during assembly process.It was verified that the assembly process was better realized and the expected results were achieved.
