摘要
针对挖掘机在启动、制动时压力冲击大的问题,通过理论分析,利用AMESim仿真软件建立模型,对马达高压溢流阀进行结构优化,设计出具有缓冲功能、减小甚至消除压力冲击的缓冲阀,然后经过试验,最终提供满足要求的行走马达。
Aiming at the problem of large pressure impact in the starting and braking of excavator,through theoretical analysis,the AMESim simulation software is used to establish a model,the structure of the motor high pressure relief valve is optimized,and the buffer valve with buffer function is designed to reduce or even eliminate the pressure impact.Then through the internal factory test,finally to provide the main machine to meet the requirements of the walking motor.
