第三空间理论视角下职业院校“双师型”教师培养路径探索

摘要 职业院校“双师型”教师培养是人才培养的基础和条件,目前,师资培养在内容、形式及认定上显现很多局限和不足。为了切实提高双师培养的质量,引进第三空间理论,并加以修改和提升。在此培养空间里,参与的主客体可以打破身份的限制,在一个竞争、包容、互动、杂糅的平台上进行知识、观点、技能、思想的交流互动,让每个处于边缘化的个体都能走到平台的中心,切实为每位教师提供职业发展的平台和空间。该研究还组织了问卷调查和个体访谈,提出较为科学实用的培养路径和策略。 The training of dual-qualified teachers in vocational colleges is the basis and condition for talent training.At present,there are many limitations and deficiencies in the content,form and identification of dual-qualified teacher training.In order to effectively improve the level and quality of dual-qualified teacher training,we have introduced the Third Space Theory,and modified and improved it.In this training space,the subjects and objects involved can break the limit of identity,exchange knowledge,views,skills and ideas on a competitive,inclusive,interactive and hybrid platform,and every marginalized individual can walk to the center of the platform which provides each teacher with a platform and space for professional development.The research also organizes questionnaires and individual interviews,and proposes more scientific and practical training paths and strategies.
