摘要 通过分析目前产教融合的现状,明确形成四链协同融合机制的重要作用,通过运用扎根理论对产教融合典型案例进行分析,找到形成四链协同的有效路径,并从教学实施、育人标准、就业条件和制度建设四方面对高职人才培养路径进行了探索与实践。 In this article,by analyzing the current situation of the integration of industry and education,we first clarified the important role of forming the four-chain collaborative integration mechanism,then analyzed typical cases of the integration of industry and education by using the Grounded Theory to find an effective path to form the four-chain collaboration,and finally explored the talent training path of higher vocational education from the aspects of teaching implementation,education standards,employment conditions and system construction.
