公文作为一种实用性文本,有着稳定的格式要求和鲜明的文体特征。公文中的通知文种使用频率高、适用范围广,也更易出现各类内容模板、写作套路等“模式化”现象。对实务工作者而言,既要善于借助公文模式化的特点,将公文写作概念“立”起来,更要勇于破除套路模板的“藩篱”,培养与时俱进的公文写作能力。

As a practical text,the official document has a stable format requirements and distinctive stylistic characteristics.The notification text in official documents is used more frequently and widely applicable,and it is also more prone to the“pattern”phenomenon such as content template and writing routine.For practitioners,we should be good at using the pattern characteristics of official document writing to quickly establish the concept of official document writing,and at the same time,overcome the shortcomings of pattern writing,and build the official document writing ability that can keep pace with the times.
