区域评估成果信息化应用探索

Exploration of informatization technology application for regional assessment results

针对目前区域评估成果信息化共享应用较为薄弱问题,为推动区域评估成果“一评多效”,形成统一规范标准,强化成果共享与信息化应用。以中国(山东)自由贸易试验区青岛片区为试点,探索区域评估成果信息化应用,提出区域评估成果信息化技术路线,研究总体解决方案、管理机制流程、区域评估成果信息化标准;基于区域评估数据库,通过云原生等计算机技术,实现区域评估成果信息化系统开发与应用,形成集区域评估成果提交汇聚、一体化展示、成果现状辅助分析、基于负面清单区域评估策划于一体的信息化应用模式。通过区域评估成果信息化应用探索,助推项目策划生成工作的开展,为优化营商环境提供借鉴思路。

In response to the current limited utilization of information sharing in regional evaluation results and with the goal of advancing the concept of“one evaluation with multiple effects”for regional assessments,we aim to establish unified standardized standards and strengthen the sharing of results and information application.Taking the Qingdao area within the China(Shandong)Pilot Free Trade Zone as a pilot project,we will explore the application of information technology in regional assessments.In this endeavor,we will propose a technical route for the application of information technology to regional evaluation results.We will also develop overall solutions,management mechanism processes,and standards for the use of information technology in handling these results.Based on the regional evaluation database and through cloud native computer technology,we will achieve the development and application of a regional evaluation results information system.This system will incorporate features such as the submission and aggregation of regional evaluation results,integrated display,auxiliary analysis of the current situation of results,and planning of regional evaluation based on negative lists.By exploring the informatization application of regional evaluation results,our aim is to promote the development of project planning and development.Ultimately,we aspire to provide reference ideas for optimizing the business environment.
