生理性海水与内舒拿治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的效果对比

Comparison of therapeutic effect between physiologic seawater and Nasonex on children with allergic rhinitis

目的对比分析生理性海水与内舒拿治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎的临床效果.方法选取2020年2月-2022年2月南京市浦口人民医院收治的50例过敏性鼻炎患儿为观察对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,即生理性海水组(n=25)和内舒拿组(n=25).对两组治疗前后过敏症状发作次数和持续时间、鼻部症状评分、血清学指标及不良反应进行比较.结果治疗后,内舒拿组单日过敏发生次数、单次发作持续喷嚏次数、单次过敏症状持续时间均比生理性海水组少(P<0.05);内舒拿组鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、鼻部分泌物及鼻部症状总分均比生理性海水组低(P<0.05);内舒拿组IL-6、IgE水平均比生理性海水组低,IL-12、IFN-γ水平比生理性海水组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,无显著差异(P>0.05).结论内舒拿治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎可以有效改善其鼻部症状、减少发作次数及持续时间,还可以减轻炎症反应及变态反应,且不良反应少,治疗效果优于生理性海水.

Objective To compare the clinical effect of seawater and Nasonex on children with allergic rhinitis.Methods Fifty children with allergic rhinitis who admitted in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two group:the physiologic seawater group(n=25)and the Nasonex group(n=25).The frequency and duration of allergic symptoms,nasal symptom score and serological index,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the daily frequency of allergy,the sustained sneezing frequency of a single attack and the duration of a single allergic symptom in the Nasonex group were lower than those in the physiologic seawater group(P<0.05).Nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,nasal secretions and the total score of nasal symptoms in Nasonex group were lower than those in physiologic seawater group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 and IgE in Nasonex group were lower than those in physiologic seawater group,and the levels of IL-12 and IFN-γwere higher than those in physiologic seawater group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis,Nesunar can effectively improve the nasal symptoms,reduce the frequency and duration of attacks,and can also reduce inflammation and allergic reactions with less adverse reactions,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of physiologic seawater.
