健康人群接种流行性感冒疫苗预防流行性感冒的效果与减少流行影响的应用价值研究

Effect of influenza vaccination in preventing influenza and its application value

目的探讨健康人群接种流行性感冒疫苗预防流行性感冒的效果与减少流行影响的应用价值.方法将辖区流行性感冒高风险健康人群100例纳入研究范围并随机分组,对照组50例均实施常规流行性感冒疫苗预防接种,研究组50例均在此基础上执行综合干预,对比效果.结果研究组接种疫苗后流行性感冒患病率仅为2.00%、不良反应率为0.00%,均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);主动接种率、接种合格率、依从性、接种满意度和接种知晓率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论健康人群按照要求接种流行性感冒疫苗,能够有效预防流感发生,紧密结合综合干预,有助于降低不良反应发生率、提升接种依从性及接种人群满意度,值得推广应用.

Objective The paper explored effect of influenza Vaccination in preventing influenza and its application Value.Methods 100 healthy people with high-risk of influenza were randomly divided into control group(50 cases receiving conventional influenza vaccine)and study group(50 cases receiving comprehensive intervention),the effects were compared.Results After vaccination,prevalence of influenza in study group was only 2.00%with 0.00%adverse reaction rate,which was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the active vaccination rate,vaccination qualification rate,compliance,satisfaction rate and vaccination awareness rate of study group were significantly higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For healthy people,influenza vaccine can effectively prevent occurrence of influenza,its combination with comprehensive intervention can help to reduce incidence of adverse reactions,improve vaccination compliance and satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion.
