苏合香丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及炎性指标的影响

Effect of Suhexiang Pills combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules on neurological function and inflammatory indicators in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者采用苏合香丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗的效果.方法采用随机数字表法将2021年1月-2022年6月广东医科大学附属第二医院收治的ACI患者80例分为两组,每组各40例,对照组采用丁苯酞软胶囊治疗,基于此,观察组加用苏合香丸治疗,均治疗2周,比较两组治疗效果、神经功能、炎性指标及不良反应.结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),比对照组的77.50%(31/40)高(P<0.05);治疗后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05);治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论ACI患者采用苏合香丸联合丁苯酞软胶囊治疗效果满意,可调节炎性指标,改善神经功能,且安全性好.

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Suhexiang Pill combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsule on patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method A random number table method was used to divide 80 ACI patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 into two groups,each with 40 cases.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide Soft Capsules.Based on this,the observation group was treated with Suhexiang Pills for 2 weeks,and the treatment efficacy,neurological function,inflammatory indicators,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40)higher than that of the control group 77.50%(31/40)(P<0.05);after treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of two groups of tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and homocysteine(Hcy)were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ACI patients using Suhexiang Pill combined with Butylphthalide Soft Capsule is satisfactory,can regulate inflammatory indicators,improve neurological function,and has good safety.
