骨伤复原汤配合股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床价值

Clinical value of bone injury healing decoction combined with proximal femoral antirotation intramedullary nail in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture of femur

目的研究股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用骨伤复原汤配合股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗的临床价值.方法选取湖南省澧县中医医院在2022年1月-2022年12月期间收治的96例股骨粗隆间骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法将其分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48).两组患者在入院后均需要采取PFNA治疗,术后均采取常规处理,观察组在此基础上配合骨伤复原汤治疗.对比两组的临床疗效.结果从两组的骨折愈合、骨折愈合因子、中医证候疗效和不良反应发生情况方面进行对比分析,观察组的骨折愈合时间短于对照组,TGF-β1、FGF-2指标水平和中医证候疗效总有效率则是要明显高于对照组,骨折延迟愈合率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的不良反应总发生率比较,并无明显差异性(P>0.05).结论在股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床治疗中,在PFNA治疗的基础上,配合骨伤复原汤治疗取得了良好的应用效果,具有较高的安全性和有效性.

Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of treating patients with intertrochanteric fracture with bone injury healing decoction combined with proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail(PFNA).Methods A total of 96 patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to random drawing method.Patients in both groups were required to take PFNA treatment after admission,and routine treatment was taken after surgery.The observation group was treated with bone injury healing decoction on this basis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The two groups were compared in terms of fracture healing,fracture healing factors,TCM syndrome efficacy and adverse reactions.The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the level of TGF-β1 and FGF-2 indexes and the total effective rate of TCM syndrome efficacy were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the rate of delayed fracture healing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,on the basis of PFNA treatment,combined with bone injury healing decoction has achieved good application effect,with high safety and effectiveness.
