补中益气丸联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血的疗效观察

Efficacy of Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding with ovulation disorders during perimenopause

目的探讨补中益气丸联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期排卵障碍性异常子宫出血(AUB-O)的临床效果.方法将2020年3月-2022年3月收治于金华市妇幼保健院的82例围绝经期AUB-O患者按随机数字表法分组,对照组、观察组各41例,对照组予以地屈孕酮治疗,观察组予以补中益气丸+地屈孕酮治疗,对两组总体疗效、子宫内膜厚度、血红蛋白水平及治疗安全性予以比较.结果观察组总有效率为95.12%,与对照组的53.66%比较,明显较高(P<0.05);治疗后,相较于对照组,观察组子宫内膜厚度减少更明显,血红蛋白水平上升更明显(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为14.63%,与对照组的19.51%比较,无明显差异(P>0.05).结论补中益气丸联合地屈孕酮治疗围绝经期AUB-O,可增强疗效,改善子宫内膜厚度与血红蛋白水平,且安全性良好.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of Abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB-O)caused by ovulation disorders during perimenopause.Methods 82 cases of perimenopausal AUB-O patients admitted to Jinhua Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases each.The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Pills+Dydrogesterone.The overall efficacy,endometrial thickness,hemoglobin level and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 53.66%(P<0.05);after treatment,compared to the control group,the observation group showed a more significant decrease in endometrial thickness and a more significant increase in hemoglobin levels(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.63%,and there was no significant difference compared to the control group's 19.51%(P>0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Pills combined with Dydrogesterone in the treatment of perimenopausal AUB-O can enhance the efficacy,improve the endometrial thickness and hemoglobin level,and has good safety.
