快速康复外科下阶梯式护理用于半月板损伤关节镜术后价值分析

Value of Stepped Nursing in Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery for Meniscus Injury after Arthroscopy

目的:探索分析针对接受关节镜手术治疗半月板损伤患者予以快速康复外科下阶梯式护理的方法及其应用价值。方法:将我院运动损伤与关节镜二病区2020年6月-2022年6月收治的因半月板损伤接受关节镜手术治疗的84例患者作为对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组(予以常规方式护理,42例)和观察组(予以快速康复外科下阶梯式护理,42例),均实施对应方式持续干预2个月,记录术后不同时间节点的NRS评分、护理前后Lysholm分值以及膝关节活动度恢复到不同活动度时所需时间、并发症发生情况,实施组间对比。结果:与对照组对比,观察组术后12小时、24小时、48小时的NRS分值更低(均为t=5.571、6.130、26.843,P<0.05);其膝关节恢复至30°、60°、90°、120°活动度所需时间更短(t=10.730、14.472、13.330、21.794,P<0.05);其护理后Lysholm评分结果更高(t=17.285,P<0.05);并发症发生率明显更低(Х^(2)=4.974,P<0.05)。结论:与常规护理方式相比,针对接受关节镜手术治疗半月板损伤患者予以快速康复外科下阶梯式护理,更利于缓解术后疼痛,促进膝关节功能改善,减少并发症发生率,可以有效改善患者预后,该方法具有极大的推广应用价值。

Objective:The paper discussed the value of stepped nursing in rapid rehabilitation surgery for meniscus injury after ar-throscopy.Methods:From June,2020 to June,2022,84 patients with meniscus injury in ward I of sports injury and arthroscopy of Tianjin hospital who received arthroscopy were divided into control group(42 patients receiving conventional nursing)and observation group(42 patients receiving rapid rehabilitation surgery and stepped nursing)by random number table method,and all patients were giv-en continuous corresponding intervention for 2 months.The NRS scores at different time points after operation,Lysholm scores before and after nursing,the time required for knee joint range of motion to return to different range of motion,and the incidence of complications between groups were recorded and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the NRS score of the observation group was low-er at 12h,24h and 48h after operation(t=5.571,6.130,26.843,P<0.05),the time required for the knee joint to recover to 30°,60°,90°and 120°mobility was shorter(t=10.730,14.472,13.330,21.794,P<0.05),the Lysholm score was higher(t=17.285,P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was significantly lower(Х^(2)=4.974,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with con-ventional nursing,the stepped nursing of rapid rehabilitation surgery for patients with meniscus injury treated by arthroscopic surgery is more conducive to relieve postoperative pain,promote the improvement of knee joint function,reduce the incidence of complications and effectively improve the prognosis of patients,which is of great promotion and application value.
