生态视角下边疆民族地区特色村落价值评价体系建构——以内蒙古土默特地区为例

Construction of Regional Village Value Evaluation System in Frontier Ethnic Areas from the Perspective of Ecology:A Case Study of Tumed Area in Inner Mongolia

边疆民族地区作为我国社会发展落后区和生态脆弱保护区,多数村落因未深入挖掘其独特价值而无缘列入传统村落名录,少量被列入的村落又较为分散,在乡村振兴的过程中难以发挥带头示范作用,面临着传统建筑与村落风貌被破坏及生态资源恶化的窘境,该地区村落的乡土文化传承与生态可持续发展的协同共生是当前亟待解决的难题。文章梳理和借鉴现有村落评价体系,以内蒙古自治区土默特地区为研究区域,构建村落生态评价指标体系框架模型,运用SPSS24.0分析工具,细化综合评价指标因子,提出一种地域性特色村落生态价值综合评价体系。选取研究区域内具有典型特征的特色村落带入验证评价体系的科学性与适用性,为土默特地区及其他边疆民族地区村落生态可持续发展提供借鉴思路。

As backward areas of social development and fragile ecological protection areas in China,most of the villages in frontier ethnic areas are not included in the traditional village list due to the lack of in-depth exploration of the unique value of villages.A few listed villages are scattered in space,and it is difficult to play a leading role in the process of rural revitalization.Facing the dilemma of traditional buildings and villages being destroyed and ecological resources deteriorating,the symbiosis between the local culture inheritance and the ecological sustainable development of villages in this region is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper sorts out and draws on the existing village evaluation system,takes Tumed region of Inner Mongolia as the research area,constructs the framework model of village ecological evaluation index system,uses SPSS24.0 analysis tool to refine the evaluation index factors comprehensively,and proposes a comprehensive evaluation system with ecological value of regional characteristic villages.Some villages with typical characteristics in the researched region are selected to verify the scientificity and applicability of the evaluation system,to provide reference ideas for the benign interaction and collaborative symbiosis between village development and ecology of Tumet area in Inner Mongolia and other frontier ethnic areas.
