达格列净联合常规心力衰竭治疗方案治疗2型糖尿病合并射血分数保留型心力衰竭对患者心功能和血清学指标的影响

Effect of Dagliazine combined with Conventional Heart Failure Regimen on Cardiac Function and Serological Indexes in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus complicated with Ejection Fraction Retention Heart Failure

目的探讨达格列净联合常规心力衰竭治疗方案治疗2型糖尿病合并射血分数保留型心力衰竭对患者心功能与血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的影响。方法选取2021年5月至2022年6月北京仁和医院收治的115例2型糖尿病合并射血分数保留型心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组(58例)和对照组(57例)。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上加用达格列净片,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后两组血清IL-1β、hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后两组左心房容积指数(LAVI)、左心室质量指数(LVMI)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)水平降低,且观察组低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)水平升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病合并射血分数保留型心力衰竭患者采用达格列净联合常规心力衰竭治疗方案能够减轻炎症反应,改善心功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effects of dagliazine combined with conventional heart failure regimen on cardiac function,serum interleukin-1β(IL-1β),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and N-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with ejection fraction preserving heart failure.Methods A total of 115 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with ejection fraction preservation heart failure admitted to Beijing Renhe Hospital from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(58 cases)and control group(57 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with dagaglizin tablets on the basis of the treatment regimen of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of serum IL-1β,hs-CRP and NT-proBNP in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,left atrial volume index(LAVI),left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and left ventricular end-diastolic inner diameter(LVEDD)levels of the two groups were decreased after treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)level was increased,the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In type 2 diabetes patients with ejection fraction retention heart failure,dagliazine combined with conventional heart failure therapy can reduce inflammatory response,improve cardiac function and enhance therapeutic effect.
