基于超表面的低剖面双频段天线设计

摘要 为满足用户对移动终端设备的小型化和高通信质量的需求,设计一种基于超表面的超低剖面双频段天线。本设计通过探针馈电在倒F多枝节激励结构中引入更多的电流回路同步产生更多的激励模式,同时在倒F激励结构的上下方各引入一层非周期性超表面寄生结构,可控制谐振频率,实现双频宽带辐射,同时保证天线的小型化和低剖面。仿真结果表明,该天线低频段和高频段的-6 dB带宽分别为6.23~6.7 GHz和7.56~8.29 GHz,基本涵盖IEEE 802.15.4z标准的Channel 5和Channel 9频段,天线的电尺寸为0.258λ_(0)×0.258λ_(0)×0.033λ_(0)。 In order to meet the user's demand for miniaturization and high communication quality of mobile terminal equipment,an ultra-low profile dual-band antenna based on super surface is designed.In this design,more current loops are introduced into the inverted-F multi-branch excitation structure by probe feeding to generate more excitation modes synchronously,and at the same time,a layer of aperiodic super-surface parasitic structure is introduced above and below the inverted-F excitation structure,which can control the resonance frequency,realize dual-frequency broadband radiation,and ensure the miniaturization and low profile of the antenna.The simulation results show that the-6 dB bandwidth of the antenna in low frequency band and high frequency band is 6.23~6.7 GHz and 7.56~8.29 CHz,respectively,which basically covers the Channel 5 and Channel 9 frequency bands of IEEE 802.15.4z standard,and the electrical size of the antenna is0.258λ_(0)×0.258λ_(0)×0.033λ_(0).
