清热利咽汤联合喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的疗效及对炎性因子和免疫功能的影响

Efficacy of Qingre Liyan Decoction Combined with Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Children with Herpangina and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function

目的:探讨清热利咽汤联合喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的疗效及对炎性因子和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2019年5月到2022年2月石家庄市中医院收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿83例,按照随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组(n=41)和研究组(n=42)。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组接受喜炎平注射液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上结合清热利咽汤治疗。对比两组中医疗效、临床症状改善情况、炎性因子和免疫功能变化情况。结果:研究组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疱疹愈合时间、退热时间、咽痛好转时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,两组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)升高,γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)下降,且研究组的改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗5 d后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、NK升高,且研究组的改善程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热利咽汤联合喜炎平注射液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,可缩短症状缓解时间,降低炎性因子水平,提高机体免疫功能,改善临床治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of Qingre Liyan decoction combine with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with herpangina and its influence on inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods:83 children with herpangina who were admitted to Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2019 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group(n=41)and study group(n=42)according to the random number table method.On the basis of routine treatment,control group received treatment with Xiyanping injection,and study group received treatment with Qingre Liyan decoction on the basis of control group.The traditional Chinese medicine efficacy,clinical symptom improvement,inflammatory factors,and immune function changes were compared between two groups.Results:The clinical total effective rate in study group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The herpes healing time,fever relief time,and pharyngeal pain improvement time in study group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).5 d after treatment,the interleukin-10(IL-10)increased,-interferon(IFN-),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)decreased in two groups,and the improvement degree in study group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).5 d after treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4/CD8^(+),and NK increased in two groups,and the improvement degree in study group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Liyan decoction combine with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with herpangina,which can shorten the symptom relief time,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve the body's immune func-tion,and improve clinical efficacy.
