中药益气活血汤加减治疗脑血栓的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of modified Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating cerebral thrombosis

目的探析脑血栓采用中药益气活血汤加减治疗的效果。方法80例脑血栓患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组给予中药益气活血汤加减+法舒地尔治疗,对照组给予法舒地尔治疗。对比两组血液流变学指标。结果治疗前,两组纤维蛋白原(FIB)、全血高切粘度(HBV)、血细胞比容(HCT)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组FIB、HBV、HCT、ESR分别为(2.26±0.36)g/L、(5.52±0.51)mPa·s、(35.16±4.66)%、(20.18±6.40)mm/h,均低于对照组的(2.64±0.48)g/L、(6.80±0.67)mPa·s、(37.31±4.31)%、(23.34±5.93)mm/h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药益气活血汤加减治疗脑血栓可有效改善患者的血液流变学指标,应用价值较高,值得在临床中进一步应用。

Objective To discuss and analyze the effect of modified Yiqi Huoxue Decoction in treating cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral thrombosis were divided into observation group and control group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with modified Yiqi Huoxue Decoction+fasudil,and the control group was treated with fasudil.The hemorheological indexes of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in terms of fibrinogen(FIB),high-shear whole blood viscosity(HBV),hematocrit(HCT)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,FIB,HBV,HCT and ESR in the observation group were(2.26±0.36)g/L,(5.52±0.51)mPa·s,(35.16±4.66)%and(20.18±6.40)mm/h,which were lower than those of(2.64±0.48)g/L,(6.80±0.67)mPa·s,(37.31±4.31)%and(23.34±5.93)mm/h in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Yiqi Huoxue Decoction is of high value for patients with cerebral thrombosis,and can effectively improve the hemorheological index of patients,which is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
