风湿骨痛片联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of Fengshi Gutong tablets combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨风湿骨痛片联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法112例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为氨糖组与联合风痛组,各56例。氨糖组采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,联合风痛组在氨糖组基础上增加风湿骨痛片治疗。比较两组膝关节功能、膝关节症状改善时间、不良反应发生率和预后复发情况。结果联合风痛组疼痛、功能、活动度、肌力、屈曲畸形、稳定性评分及总分分别为(24.03±3.27)、(18.24±2.34)、(15.97±3.45)、(8.42±1.02)、(7.92±0.93)、(8.52±1.12)、(83.10±5.02)分,均显著高于氨糖组的(20.36±2.17)、(14.78±3.04)、(13.65±3.25)、(6.72±1.85)、(6.52±1.02)、(6.82±1.86)、(68.85±8.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合风痛组膝关节疼痛消退时间(14.83±2.36)d、晨僵改善时间(8.73±1.36)d、活动障碍改善时间(12.03±2.36)d和肿胀消退时间(7.02±1.92)d均显著短于氨糖组的(20.13±3.02)、(15.02±2.15)、(18.69±4.23)、(14.52±2.36)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合风痛组不良反应发生率为14.29%(8/56),与氨糖组的10.71%(6/56)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访6个月,联合风痛组复发率为0,显著低于氨糖组的10.71%(6/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风湿骨痛片+盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗方案可促进膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节症状快速消退,改善膝关节功能,并可降低晨僵、活动障碍、疼痛、肿胀等复发风险,临床应用安全可靠。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Fengshi Gutong tablets combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets in treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 112 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into glucosamine group and combined Fengtong group,with 56 cases in each group.The glucosamine group was treated with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,and the combined Fengtong group was treated with Fengshi Gutong tablets on the basis of glucosamine group.The knee function,improvement time of knee symptoms,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of pain,function,range of motion,muscle strength,flexion deformity,stability and total score in combined Fengtong group were(24.03±3.27),(18.24±2.34),(15.97±3.45),(8.42±1.02),(7.92±0.93),(8.52±1.12)and(83.10±5.02)points,which were significantly higher than those of(20.36±2.17),(14.78±3.04),(13.65±3.25),(6.72±1.85),(6.52±1.02),(6.82±1.86)and(68.85±8.23)points in glucosamine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In combined Fengtong group,the regression time of knee pain was(14.83±2.36)d,the improvement time of morning stiffness was(8.73±1.36)d,the improvement time of movement disorder was(12.03±2.36)d,and the regression time of swelling was(7.02±1.92)d,which were significantly shorter than those of(20.13±3.02),(15.02±2.15)),(18.69±4.23),and(14.52±2.36)d in glucosamine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combined Fengtong group was 14.29%(8/56),and the difference was not statistically significant from that of 10.71%(6/56)in glucosamine group(P>0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of combined Fengtong group was 0,which was significantly lower than that of 10.71%(6/56)of glucosamine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment scheme of Fengshi Gutong tablets+glucosamine hydrochloride tablets can promote the rapid regression of knee joint symptoms,improve knee joint function,and reduce the recurrence risk of morning stiffness,movement disorders,pain,swelling,and this regimen is safe and reliable in clinical practice.
