呼吸康复训练对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能及运动耐力的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析呼吸康复训练用于小儿支气管哮喘中对改善患儿肺功能与运动耐力的作用。方法80例支气管哮喘患儿,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用呼吸康复训练治疗。对比两组干预前后肺功能、运动耐力及生活质量。结果试验组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值的百分比(89.82±6.14)%、FEV1/用力肺活量(FVC)(88.74±5.23)%均高于对照组的(84.13±7.45)%、(83.58±6.42)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组6 min步行距离为(562.54±60.31)m,长于对照组的(530.28±59.47)m,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组生活质量评分为(87.31±3.28)分,高于对照组的(80.26±4.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患儿实施呼吸康复训练,患儿的肺功能得到明显改善,运动耐力迅速提升,生活质量更佳。 Objective To analyze the role of respiratory rehabilitation training on pulmonary function and exercise tolerance in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 80 children with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received respiratory rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The lung function,exercise endurance and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)as a percentage of the predicted value was(89.82±6.14)%and FEV1/forced vital capacity was(88.74±5.23)%,which were higher than those of(84.13±7.45)%and(83.58±6.42)%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the 6-min walking distance in the experimental group was(562.54±60.31)m,which was longer than that of(530.28±59.47)m in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score in the experimental group was(87.31±3.28)points,which was higher than that of(80.26±4.05)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory rehabilitation training for children with bronchial asthma can significantly improve their pulmonary function,improve their exercise endurance and improve the quality of life of children.
