Objective To investigate the value of linaclotide combined with a low-dose polyethylene glycol regimen in bowel preparation for Crohn's disease(CD).Methods Patients with Crohn's disease(CD)in the Center of Inflammatory Bowel Disease of our Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were enrolled as subjects.According to the randomization table, the patients were divided into two groups, the experimental group received 1 linaclotide(290μg)+1.5 L polyethylene glycol solution. The control group was given 3L polyethylene glycol solution, and the intestinal Boston(BBPS)score, adverse reactions and tolerability were mainly compared between the two groups under different intestinal preparation schemes. Results 190 CD patients were enrolled,94 in the observation group and 96 in the control group. The right hemicolon BBPS score, transverse colon BBPS score, and summary bowel BBPS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).In the intestinal stenosis subgroup, the observation group had a higher intestinal cleansing pass rate(BBPS≥6 points)than the control group(P<0.05),and the adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For Crohn's disease, linaclotide combined with low-dose polyethylene glycol can effectively improve the quality of intestinal preparation and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, which has good application value.
