清凉膏联合结构化护理程序对新生儿尿布皮炎治疗效果分析

目的观察清凉膏联合结构化护理程序在新生儿尿布皮炎中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照观察以及类实验研究的方法,根据纳入、排除标准,按随机数字表法,将2020年10月至2021年5月期间所收治的患儿分为A组和B组;2021年6月至2022年1月间所收治的新生儿作为C组;A组使用氧化锌软膏外涂,B组使用清凉膏外涂,C组使用清凉膏联合结构化护理程序外涂治疗新生儿尿布皮炎。比较三组患儿尿布皮炎愈合天数、干预第3天和第5天尿布皮炎评估分值。结果A组与B组患儿尿布皮炎愈合天数分别为4(2.75,5)d和4(3,5)d,干预第3天和第5天尿布皮炎评分分值同为1(1,2)分和0(0,0)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组患儿尿布皮炎愈合天数为2(1,3)d、干预第3天和第5天尿布皮炎评分分值分别为0(0,1)分和0(0,0)分;C组在尿布皮炎治愈天数、干预第3天尿布皮炎评分均优于A、B两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),干预第5天尿布皮炎评分与A组和B组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论清凉膏联合结构化护理程序能有效治疗新生儿尿布皮炎,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective To observe the effect of cooling cream combined with structured nursing program on neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the children admitted from October 2020 to May 2021 were divided into the control group(group A)and the experimental group(group B)according to the random number table method.Neonates admitted between June 2021 and January 2022 were treated as the experimental group(group C),Group A was applied with zinc oxide ointment,group B was applied with cooling cream,and group C was applied with cooling cream combined with structured nursing procedures to treat neonatal diaper dermatitis.The healing days of diaper dermatitis and the evaluation scores of diaper dermatitis on the 3rd and 5th day of intervention were compared among the three groups.Results The healing days of diaper dermatitis in group A and group B were 4(2.75,5)days and 4(3,5)days,respectively.The scores of diaper dermatitis on the 3rd and 5th days were 1(1,2)and 0(0,0)points,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The healing days of diaper dermatitis in group C were 2(1,3)days,and the scores of diaper dermatitis on the 3rd and 5th day of intervention were 0(0,1)and 0(0,0)points,respectively.The score of diaper dermatitis in group C was better than that in group A and group B in the days of treatment and the third day of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),but there was no statistically significant difference in the score of diaper dermatitis between group A and group B on the fifth day of intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of cooling cream and structured nursing program can effectively treat neonatal diaper dermatitis,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
