赋能教育联合中医内外三联护理在气阴两虚型糖尿病患者中的应用

目的探究赋能教育联合中医内外三联护理对气阴两虚型糖尿病患者的影响。方法采用前瞻性研究方式,以简单随机抽样法选取本院2019年1月至2022年1月收治的气阴两虚型糖尿病患者126例为观察对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各63例。两组均予基础糖尿病护理,对照组在此基础上行中医内外三联护理,观察组行赋能教育联合中医内外三联护理。比较两组患者干预前、干预6周后自我效能量表(GSES)评分、糖尿病特异性生存质量评定量表(SDQL)评分、中医症候积分评价、血清生化指标(空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖)差异。结果干预后,观察组GSES评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组SDQL各项评分均提高,且观察组SDQL各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组中医症候积分(16.67±9.63)低于对照组(21.87±7.04),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赋能教育联合中医内外三联护理可提高气阴两虚型糖尿病患者自我效能、生存质量,改善其血清生化指标与中医症候情况。

Objective To explore the effect of enabling education combined with internal and external triple nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and Yin.Methods In a prospective study,126 patients with diabetes of deficiency of both qi and yin type admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected by simple random sampling.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,with 63 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic diabetes care.The control group received TCM internal and external triple care on this basis.The observation group received enabling education combined with TCM internal and external triple care.The differences of general self-efficacy scale(GSEs)score,diabetes specific quality of life rating scale(SDQL)score,TCM syndrome score and serum biochemical indicators(fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,and 2 h postprandial blood glucose)between the two groups were compared before and after 6 weeks of intervention.Results After the intervention,the GSEs score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SDQL scores of the two groups were improved,and the SDQL scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the score of TCM symptoms in the observation group(16.67±9.63)was lower than that in the control group(21.87±7.04),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enabling education combined with internal and external nursing of TCM can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of diabetes patients with deficiency of both qi and Yin,and improve their serum biochemical indicators and TCM symptoms.
