摘要
为明确垂直振动输送机中砂石颗粒的运动特性,以EDEM软件为工具进行离散元模拟研究。结果表明:颗粒输送塔的料槽中,砂石颗粒沿输送塔的轴向作抛掷跳跃上升,沿输送塔的径向作周期性正弦运动;在相同的振动条件下,轻颗粒,小颗粒可以获得更大的速度及动能,物料上升的速度更快,输送机的输送能力更强。上述研究明确了垂直振动输送机中颗粒的运动特性,将对输送机的输送作业提供有益的理论参考。
In order to clarify the motion characteristics of sand particles in vertical vibration conveyor,the paper applied the software EDEM to conduct discrete element simulation.The results show that the sand particles move up and jump along the axis of the conveying tower and move periodically sinusoidal along the radial direction of the conveying tower.Under the same vibration conditions,light particles and small particles can obtain greater speed and kinetic energy,the speed of particles rising will be faster,the conveying capacity of the conveyor will be stronger.The above research clarifies the movement characteristics of particles in the vertical vibration conveyor and provides useful theoretical reference for the conveying operation of the conveyor.
