宽幅大厚度钢带在线激光焊接设备研制

Research on Laser Welding Equipment Online for Wide and Thick Steel Strip

针对当前冷轧产线钢带在线激光焊接设备的焊接板厚和板宽范围小的问题,开发了一种宽幅大厚度钢带在线激光焊接设备,该设备由焊接系统、板边加工系统、机床、控制系统等组成。采用两台高功率光纤激光器配合双激光切割头、高功率光纤激光填丝复合焊接等技术解决了宽幅大厚度钢带的焊接边高效加工和高质量焊接等难点。实际焊接结果表明,此激光焊接设备适用于冷轧产线板厚16mm、板宽2400mm钢带的在线激光焊接。

Aiming at the problems of small welding plate thickness and plate width of on-line laser welding equipment of cold rolling production line steel strip in the current.A new on-line laser welding equipment of wide width and large thickness steel strip was developed.The system is composed of laser welding system,plate edge processing system,machine tool and control system,etc.Two high power fiber lasers combined with double laser cutting head and high power fiber laser wire filling hybrid welding technology were used to,solve the difficulties of high efficiency machining of welding edge and high quality welding of wide and thick steel strip.It adopts double laser cutting head and laser wire filling welding to solve the problems of efficient processing of wide and thick strip edge and high quality welding with large joint gap.
