摘要
介绍了奥钢联VMC75飞剪的设备组成及主要技术参数,阐述了导致该飞剪异常堆钢、弯钢的可能因素,通过对剪刃的运动轨迹、剪切控制、出口翻板控制等过程进行研究分析,找到了飞剪异常堆钢、弯钢的形成机理,给出了防止异常堆钢、弯钢的措施,经现场考核证明效果良好,具有广泛借鉴意义。
This paper introduces the equipment composition and main technical parameters of VMC75 flying shear,and expounds the possible factors leading to abnormal stacking and bending of the flying shear,based on the research and analysis of the movement track of shear blade,the control of shear and the control of exit flap,the formation mechanism of abnormal stacking and bending of steel for flying shear is found out,and the measures to prevent abnormal stacking and bending of steel are given,it has been proved to be effective by on-site examination and has extensive reference significance.
