汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片治疗矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Tetrandrine Tablets Combined with Acetylcysteine Tablets in the Treatment of Silicosis Complicated with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片治疗矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法选取2021年10月-2022年10月在我院诊治的86例矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=43)。对照组采用乙酰半胱氨酸片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予汉防己甲素片治疗,比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标[肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV_(1))]、呼吸功能评分、临床症状消失时间及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的83.72%(P<0.05);两组治疗后FVC、FEV_(1)均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后呼吸功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组喘息、咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难、肺部湿啰音消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论汉防己甲素片联合乙酰半胱氨酸片治疗矽肺合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病具有良好的疗效,可改善患者肺功能,促进临床症状消失,改善呼吸困难,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tetrandrine tablets combined with acetylcysteine tablets in the treatment of silicosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with silicosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group was treated with acetylcysteine tablets,and the observation group was treated with tetrandrine tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))],respiratory function score,disappearance time of clinical symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 83.72%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC and FEV_(1) increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the respiratory function score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of wheezing,cough,chest tightness,dyspnea and lung wet rales in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Tetrandrine tablets combined with acetylcysteine tablets have a good effect in the treatment of silicosis complicated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can improve the lung function,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,improve dyspnea,and will not increase adverse reactions.
