围术期预见性护理对全髋关节置换术患者术后患肢功能恢复及关节脱位的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Perioperative Predictive Nursing on Postoperative Limb Function Recovery and Joint Dislocation in Patients Undergoing Total Hip Arthroplasty

目的观察围术期预见性护理对全髋关节置换术患者术后患肢功能恢复及关节脱位的预防效果。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月在我院诊治的74例全髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37),对照组围术期采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理干预。比较两组Harris髋关节功能评分、关节脱位发生率、关节功能恢复优良率、日常生活能力评分及护理满意度。结果两组护理后Harris评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组关节脱位发生率(2.70%)低于对照组(13.51%)(P<0.05);观察组关节功能恢复优良率(94.59%)高于对照组(81.08%)(P<0.05);两组护理后日常生活能力评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围术期预见性护理可促进全髋关节置换术患者术后患肢功能恢复,提升关节功能恢复优良率和Harris评分,预防关节脱位的发生,提高护理满意度、日常生活能力评分,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the preventive effect of perioperative predictive nursing on postoperative limb function recovery and joint dislocation in patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty.Methods A total of 74 patients with total hip arthroplasty diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period,and the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Harris hip function score,incidence of joint dislocation,excellent and good rate of joint function recovery,daily living ability score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Harris score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of joint dislocation in the observation group(2.70%)was lower than that in the control group(13.51%)(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of joint function recovery in the observation group(94.59%)was higher than that in the control group(81.08%)(P<0.05).The daily living ability score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative predictive nursing can promote the recovery of limb function after total hip arthroplasty,improve the excellent and good rate of joint function recovery and Harris score,prevent the occurrence of joint dislocation,and improve nursing satisfaction and daily living ability score.
