摘要
目的通过主观评价和客观测试相结合的方法,评估3D打印模型结合以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在骨科住院医师规范化培训中踝关节骨折教学中应用的效果。方法2020年1月—2021年12月,选取遵义医科大学附属医院骨科进行住院医师规范化培训的80名学员随机分为试验组和对照组,以踝关节骨折作为授课内容,理论授课包括踝关节骨折的受伤机制、骨折分型及治疗等,同时以踝关节骨折的手术模拟操作为实践教学内容。试验组采用3D打印模型结合CBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用单纯CBL教学法进行教学,教学结束后采用填写教学评估表、理论水平测试和实践操作水平进行教学效果评价。结果试验组的教学评估表评分、理论知识水平和实践操作评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印模型结合CBL教学法能够提高踝关节骨折教学效果和满意度,可以在骨科住院医师规范化培训中应用。
Objective To evaluated the application effect of 3D printing combined with case-based learning(CBL)in ankle fracture teaching of standardized training for orthopedic residents by combining subjective evaluation and objective test.Methods From January 2020 to December 2021,a total of 80 students from the orthopedics department of the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group for standardized training of resident physicians.They were taught ankle fractures as the teaching content,and theoretical teaching included injury mechanisms,fracture classification,and treatment of ankle fractures.At the same time,they were taught with the surgical simulation operation of ankle fractures as the practical teaching content.The experimental group was taught with a 3D printing model combined with CBL teaching method,while the control group was taught with a simple CBL teaching method.After the teaching was completed,the teaching effectiveness was evaluated by filling out a teaching evaluation form,conducting theoretical level tests,and conducting practical operation levels.Results The teaching evaluation table scores,theoretical knowledge level,and practical operation scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of 3D printing models and CBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect and satisfaction of ankle fracture,and can be applied in standardized training of orthopedic resident physicians.
