PBL教学法在体检中心实习带教中的应用价值分析

摘要 目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)对体检中心实习带教的应用价值。方法随机选取2021年1月—2022年6月山东省立第三医院接收的66名体检中心实习学生作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法对研究对象进行分组,分别为参照组和观察组,每组各33名。参照组和观察组分别采用传统教学模式、PBL教学法。分析对比两组学生的实习带教情况,包括实习护士考核成绩、带教成果相关指标、教学满意度等方面。结果观察组教学满意度为96.97%,高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组考核成绩中,专业理论知识等评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组带教成果各项指标均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学法应用于体检中心实习带教中,可以提高实习护生考核成绩,带教效果理想,学生教学满意度较高,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To explore the application value of PBL teaching method in internship teaching in physical examination centers.Method A total of 66 interns from the physical examination center received by Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The research subjects were divided into a reference group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 33 students in each group.The reference group and the observation group respectively adopted traditional teaching mode and PBL teaching method.The internship teaching situation of two groups of students,including the assessment results of internship nurses,relevant indicators of teaching outcomes,and teaching satisfaction were analyzed and compared.The satisfaction rate with teaching in the observation group was 96.97%,which was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the assessment results of the observation group,the scores of professional theoretical knowledge and other aspects were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group achieved higher teaching outcomes in all indicators than the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PBL teaching method to internship teaching in physical examination centers can improve the assessment results of internship nursing students,achieve ideal teaching results,and have high satisfaction with teaching,which has clinical application value.
