Radiation oncology is an intricate and highly specialized interdisciplinary knowledge system,which is difficult to master in a short time for physicians who have just entered the clinic.In order to improve the teaching effect of standardized training for residents,this paper will further analyze the necessity of the application of diversified teaching mode by elaborating the common problems and existing teaching modes in the standardized training and teaching of radiation oncology residents,and finally propose the implementation method of diversified teaching mode.Through the above detailed analysis and elaboration,more teachers can understand the current situation of standardized training of radiation oncology residents and the necessity of adopting diversified teaching modes,so as to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of residents in the teaching process and improve the teaching effect.
