Innovation and Thinking of the Clinical Probation Course for Graduate Students in Medical Oncology

临床见习是肿瘤临床医学实践教学的重要组成部分,对于肿瘤内科学专业来说,因其具有临床诊疗原则复杂、临床实践指南更新迅速等特点,研究生临床见习课程设置十分必要,但仍面临诸多挑战。文章深入总结了肿瘤内科学研究生临床见习课程的特征与重要性,分析了在临床实践过程中面临的重要问题并加以思考。医学教育工作者应在现有教学模式和资源的基础上,积极推进医学教育的改革创新,探索建立符合肿瘤内科研究生特点的教育教学体系,实践课程的创新性发展模式,结合多元信息化教学资源优势并加以整合。这些举措将有助于巩固和提升肿瘤内科学临床教学能力,向社会输送高水平的肿瘤内科专业型人才,最终促进医学专科教育整体的进步。

Clinical probation is an important part of the practice teaching of clinical oncology.Medical oncology is characterized by complex and rapid updating of clinical diagnostic and therapeutic principles.As a result,it is very necessary to set clinical probation courses for graduate students,but there still exist many challenges.In this study,the characteristics and importance of clinical probation courses for graduate students in medical oncology are summarized,and the important problems in clinical practice were analyzed and considered.On the basis of the existing teaching mode and resources,medical educators should actively promote the reform and innovation of medical education,explore the establishment of education and teaching system in line with the characteristics of medical oncology.Then they should explore the innovative development mode of practical courses,integrate the advantages of multiple information teaching resources.These measures will help consolidate and enhance the clinical teaching ability of medical oncology,transport high-level professional talents of medical oncology to the society,and eventually promote the progress of overall medical education.
