以“创新创业”为导向的重症医学研究生培养思路探索

创新创业教育是理论研究和实践的双重热点。重症医学专业高水平人才培养尚处在起步阶段,存在人才培养体系不清晰,缺乏先进、完善的模式等问题。如何将“创新创业”理念有效地融入重症医学研究生教育,兼顾专业能力与学术能力共同提升,是目前重症医学研究生培养亟待解决的难题。设立重症医学研究生开展“创新创业”的培养目标,对“创新创业”培养质量基本内容和影响关键环节进行优化。开展重症学科交叉融合双创课程、打造重症医学创新实践平台、重症医学研究生创新创业团队组建、高水平的创新创业师资队伍是推进以“创新创业”为导向的重症医学研究生培养的重要部分。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is a hot topic in both theoretical research and practice.The cultivation of high-level talents in severe diseases is still in its infancy.The talent cultivation system is not clear,and there is a lack of advanced and perfect models.How to effectively integrate the concept of"innovation and entrepreneurship"into the education of graduate students in critical care medicine,and give consideration to both professional and academic abilities is an urgent problem to be solved in the training of graduate students in critical care medicine.The cultivation goal of"innovation and entrepreneurship"for graduate students of critical care medicine was set up,and the basic content and key links of"innovation and entrepreneurship"cultivation quality were optimized.It is an important part of promoting the"innovation and entrepreneurship"oriented training of critical care medicine graduates to carry out interdisciplinary entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship courses,build a practical platform for critical care medicine innovation,establish an innovative and entrepreneurial team for critical care medicine graduates,and establish a high-level innovative and entrepreneurial teaching staff.
