入院心脏运动康复应用于稳定性慢性心功能不全患者的效果

Effect of cardiac exercise rehabilitation on patients with stable chronic cardiac dysfunction

目的:探讨入院心脏运动康复应用于稳定性慢性心功能不全(CHF)患者的效果。方法:根据随机数字表法将2020年7月—2022年11月收治的121例稳定性慢性心功能不全患者分为传统组(60例)和运动组(61例),其中传统组给予常规护理干预,运动组在传统组的基础上给予入院心脏运动康复,比较两组患者心功能指标、自我管理能力、运动耐力水平。结果:干预3个月后,运动组左心室射血分数(LVEF)高于传统组,6 min步行距离(6MwD)远于传统组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)小于传统组(P<0.05);两组自我护理能力量表(ESCA)各维度评分显著高于干预前,且运动组高于传统组(P<0.05);两组峰值耗氧量、最大运动功率、代谢当量水平均上升,且运动组高于传统组(P<0.05)。结论:运用入院心脏运动康复能够改善稳定性CHF患者心功能,提高机体自我管理水平及运动耐力水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of cardiac exercise rehabilitation on patients with stable chronic cardiac dysfunction.Methods:According to the random number table method,121 patients with stable chronic cardiac insufficiency(CHF)admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects,of which 60 cases in the traditional group were given routine nursing intervention,and 61 cases in the exercise group were given cardiac exercise rehabilitation on the basis of the traditional group.The indexes of cardiac function,self-management ability and exercise endurance were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the exercise group was higher than that in the traditional group,the 6-minute walking distance(6MwD)was longer than that in the traditional group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The self-care ability scale(ESCA)scores of both groups were significantly higher than before intervention,and the exercise group was higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).Peak oxygen consumption,maximum exercise power and metabolic equivalent levels were increased in both groups,and the exercise group was higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cardiac exercise rehabilitation can improve the cardiac function of patients with stable CHF and promote the recovery of self-management level and exercise endurance level.
