经ERCP胆道支架置入治疗恶性胆道梗阻效果的影响因素研究

Study on the influence factors of ERCP biliary stent implantation in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction

目的:通过将在贵州医科大学附属肿瘤医院接受治疗的恶性胆道梗阻患者作为研究对象,分析经ERCP胆道支架置入治疗恶性胆道梗阻效果的影响因素,以探寻更加有效的临床治疗方案。方法:回顾性分析手术治疗时间为2022年9月—2023年2月的应用经ERCP胆道支架置入治疗的11例恶性胆道梗阻患者的临床资料,通过回归分析的统计学方法探讨影响经ERCP胆道支架置入治疗效果提升的因素。结果:接受该治疗时患者的年龄、患有肿瘤疾病的类型、梗阻发生的位置、胆道狭窄长度等情况均会导致患者的临床疗效受到影响(P<0.05)。结论:经ERCP胆道支架置入治疗恶性胆道梗阻效果的影响因素较多,具体包含患者所患有肿瘤疾病的类型以及胆道狭窄长度情况等,应根据患者的实际情况选择合适的治疗方案。

Objective:By taking patients with malignant biliary obstruction treated in the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Guizhou Medical University as research objects,we analyzed the factors influencing the effect of ERCP biliary stent implantation in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction,so as to explore a more effective clinical treatment plan.Methods:The clinical data of 11 patients with malignant biliary obstruction treated with ERCP biliary stent implantation from September 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the factors influencing the improvement of the therapeutic effect of ERCP biliary stent implantation were discussed by regression analysis.Results:The patient’s age,the type of tumor disease,the location of obstruction,and the degree of biliary stenosis at the time of treatment all affected the clinical efficacy of the patient(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors influencing the effect of ERCP biliary stent implantation in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction,including the type of tumor disease and the length of biliary stenosis,etc.The appropriate treatment plan should be selected according to the actual situation of patien ts.
