蜜制枇杷叶炮制工艺研究

摘要 目的:优化并确立蜜炙枇杷叶最佳炮制工艺。方法:参照2020年版《中国药典》,以不同切制规格、不同料蜜比作为考察因素,以外观性状,水分、灰分、浸出物,总黄酮、齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量为考察指标,进行蜜炙枇杷叶炮制工艺优化研究。结果:枇杷叶最适宜切制规格为段,最佳料蜜比为100∶10。结论:拓宽了枇杷叶的切制规格、料蜜比炮制工艺,为枇杷叶炮制品的生产优化提供了数据参考。 Objective To optimize and establish of honey processed Folium Eriobotryae processing technology.Methods According to The Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020),the processing technology optimization of honey-processed Folium Eriobotryae was studied by taking different cutting rules and honey refining ratio as factors,and the contents of appearance characters,water,ash,extract,total flavonoids,oleanolic acid and ursolic acid as indexes.Results The most suitable cutting specification of Folium Eriobotryae is to cut segments,and the optimum ratio of honey is 100∶10.Conclusion This study broadens the cutting specifications and the material to honey ratio of the Folium Eriobotryae concoction process,which provided a data reference for optimising the industrial production of Folium Eriobotryae.
