摘要
本文报道1例心电图表现为宽QRS波和窄QRS波两种形式心动过速的病例,通过详细的病史询问及完善相关检查后诊断为普罗帕酮导致心房扑动1∶1下传伴宽QRS波心动过速,为宽QRS波心动过速的鉴别诊断以及抗心律失常药物合理应用提供一定的经验。
